1.3 FLYING LEATHERNECK AVIATION MUSEUM AND ASIAN\nAMERICAN HISTORY MUSEUM OF ORANGE COUNTY\nPREDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS AND FORMS OF\nLEASE\nACTION:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a\nPredevelopment Agreement and, upon successful\ncompletion of Predevelopment Agreement, execute a\nGround Lease between the City of Irvine and Flying\nLeatherneck Aviation Museum.\n2) Authorize a budget appropriation in the amount of\n$17,500,000 to facilitate the development grant for the\nFlying Leatherneck Aviation Museum.\n3) Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a\nPredevelopment Agreement and, upon successful\ncompletion of Predevelopment Agreement, execute a\nGround Lease between the City of Irvine and Asian\nAmerican History Museum of Orange County.\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City Council,\nthe vote on this matter will reflect the prior action of each\nCouncilmember when he or she sat and voted as a member\nof the Board of Directors of the Great Park Corporation.\nHowever, if a Councilmember is not present at the City\nCouncil meeting, his or her vote will be reflected as absent.)\n1.3
