McCosker Construction Company, dba Independent\nConstruction Company.\n2) Approve Addendum 16 to Great Park Environmental\nImpact Report, for the Phase 1 Framework Plan\ndevelopment program.\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City Council,\nthe vote on this matter will reflect the prior action of each\nCouncilmember when he or she sat and voted as a member\nof the Board of Directors of the Great Park Corporation.\nHowever, if a Councilmember is not present at the City\nCouncil meeting, his or her vote will be reflected as absent.)\n1.6
