L Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 696.6, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with\nMuniEnvironmental, LLC, to provide assistance with the SB 1383 Planning\nand Compliance Assistance Services and approve Resolution No. 24-27 – A\nResolution amending the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to\nprovide additional funding for organic waste recycling program.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 696.6, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2) Approve\nResolution No. 24-27 to amend the operating budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to\nprovide additional funding in Account No. 010-42360-3310 to increase the\nallocation by $157,272, to the overall program budget of $207,272; or\n3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
