G Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 24-26 – A\nResolution approving the Plans and Specifications for the Designated Block\nDowntown Façade Improvement Program (Specifications No. 22/23-08)\npursuant to Government Code §830.6, establishing a project payment\naccount; and authorizing solicitation of bids.\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was determined\nto be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15301 (Class 1 –\nExisting Facilities).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-26; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
