15. Agreements with 1. Russ Bassett (Repurpose/Retrofit the Police Department’s\nnew Real Time Information Center [RTIC]); 2. Nastec (Provide a Drone\nOperator/Observer for the Drone as First Responder [DFR] program); and 3.\nLotus Telecommunications, LLC (Create a New Local Server Room for the RTIC).\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council Approve the\nAgreements with Russ Bassett, Nastec, and Lotus Telecommunications, LLC and\ntheir respective Purchase Orders, Authorize the Chief of Police to Execute the\nAgreements and Any Documents Related Thereto with the Funds Appropriated\nfrom Account No’s. 100-2102-229-0-0-41541, 100-2102-229-0-0-40514, and\n100-2102-229-0-0-47404, respectively.
