Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.\nTo maintain project timelines and budget constraints, staff recommend the efficient and cost-\neffective cooperative purchasing agreement and installation of Mobile Modular restrooms\nthrough Sourcewell. Consistent with City purchasing policies, this approach ensures\ncompetitive pricing without initiating a separate, lengthy bid process. Sourcewell is a national\ncooperative that provides pre-vetted public contracts for government agencies.
