Final Map Approval – Tract Map No. 061547 (Located at the Northwest Corner of 30th\nStreet East and Avenue K-4)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the map and accept the dedications as offered on Tract Map No. 061547 located at\nthe northwest corner of 30th Street East and Avenue K-4; make findings that this project will\nnot violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1 and 66474.6 of the\nSubdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the\ncertificate which embodies the approval of said map and the dedications shown thereon.
