9.1 RESOLUTION NOS. 24-06, 24-07, AND 24-08 REGARDING THE CITY OF LA MIRADA\nSPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 5, 2024 - It is recommended\nthe City Council adopt Resolution No. 24-06 calling for a Special Municipal Election to be\nheld on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, for the election of a Councilmember to represent\nCouncil District 2 as required by the provisions of the laws of the State of California relating\nto General Law cities; adopt Resolution No. 24-07 requesting the Board of Supervisors of\nthe County of Los Angeles to consolidate a Special Municipal Election to be held November\n5, 2024 with the Presidential Election to be held on the date pursuant to § 10403 of the\nElections Code; and adopt Resolution No. 24-08 adopting regulations for candidates and\ncandidate statements.\n9.1 Special Municipal Election Resolutions
