CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-175,\nAUTHORIZING AKITOI LEARNING CENTER, LLC, TO INSTALL A NEW\nPLAYGROUND STRUCTURE AT THE MINI CENTER\nThe City of South El Monte has leased the Mini Center building, located at\n1824 Central Avenue, to Akitoi Learning Center, LLC, (Akitoi) since 2011.\nThe Director of Akitoi is requesting approval to install a new playground\nstructure at the Mini Center.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council adopt\nResolution No. 24-175, authorizing the installation of a new playground\nstructure at the Mini Center.
