CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-177,\nAPPROVING SUBAWARD AGREEMENT NUMBER ENP242509 WITH\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AGING AND DISABILITY DEPARTMENT\nAND THE CITY OF SOUTH EL MONTE FOR ELDERLY NUTRITION\nPROGRAM SERVICES\nThe agreement, Subward number ENP 242509 by and between the\nCounty of Los Angeles Aging and Disability Department ("County") and the\nCity of South El Monte ("City") for Elderly Nutrition Programs\n("Agreement") will provide funding for the City's Elderly Nutrition Program\nServices from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 with the option to extend for\nthree (3) additional one (1) year terms.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-177, approving agreement Subward Number\nENP 242509 by and between the County of Los Angeles Aging and\nDisability Department and the City of South El Monte for Elderly\nNutrition Program Services from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025; and\n2. Authorize City Manager or designee to execute agreement.
