CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO REJECT THE SOLE BID\nRECEIVED FOR SANITARY SEWER CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION\n(CCTV) AND CONDITION ASSESSMENT AND ASSIGN THE SEWER\nCONDITION ASSESSMENT TO THE CITY’S ENGINEERING DIVISION\nFOR FURTHER EVALUATION\nThe City received only one proposal for the Sanitary Sewer Closed-Circuit\nTelevision (CCTV) and Condition Assessment. Staff recommends rejecting\nthe received proposal and assigning the sewer condition assessment to\nthe City’s Engineering Division for further analysis.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council reject the\nsingle proposal received and allow the City’s Engineering Division to\nconduct a further assessment of the City’s sewer condition. This\nassessment will involve utilizing past studies conducted by the City, along\nwith county data, to gain a better understanding of the sewer's current\ncondition.
