LETTER FROM EPIPHANY CATHOLIC SCHOOL REQUESTING A\nFACILITY FEE WAIVER FOR THE USE OF THE SENIOR CENTER TO\nHOST AN ALUMNI MIXER\nThe Epiphany Catholic School (Epiphany) is requesting a facility fee\nwaiver for the use of the Senior Center dining room to host their annual\nAlumni Mixer on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In\naddition, Epiphany is requesting the City Council to waive all the\nassociated fees incurred for the reservation.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Discuss and consider the facility fee waiver request by Epiphany in the\namount of $950.00; and\n2. Discuss and consider waiving all the associated rental fees for the\nreservation in the amount of $1,488.00
