5. Approval of a One-Year Agreement with the Downtown Pomona Owners’ Association for\nSupplemental Police Patrols in the Downtown Pomona Business Improvement District\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve an Agreement between the City of Pomona and the Downtown Pomona\nOwners’ Association for a one year period with the option to renew for one (1)\nadditional year; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement and any\nextensions to the Agreement on behalf of the City, in substantially the form submitted,\nsubject to review and approval by the City Attorney.
