14. Approve Entering into an Agreement with Metropolitan Water District if they are Awarded a\nFederal Environmental Protection Agency Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve entering into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with The Metropolitan\nWater District of Southern California (MWD) and nine agencies if awarded the\nEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grant for Water\nUtilities Targeted Zero Emission Vehicle Transition Program (Attachment No. 1); and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the MOA to EPA, and any sub-recipient\nagreements relating to this grant with MWD or the EPA if the grant is awarded.
