15. Approve Site Host Agreement with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions Inc., at Palomares\nPark\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following action:\n1) Approve Site Host Agreement with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions Inc. (EVCS) for\nthe operations and maintenance of the electric vehicle (EV) charging stations located\nat Palomares Park; and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign the Site Host Agreement and any\namendments, with EVCS, contingent on City Attorney review.
