8. CONTRACT WITH ALL AMERICAN ASPHALT FOR HERMOSA AREA STREET\nREHABILITATION PROJECT\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for the Hermosa Area Street Rehabilitation Project.\n2. Approve the following budget transfers and appropriations in CIP Project 44075\nHermosa Area Street Rehabilitation:\n· $1,250,000 American Rescue Plan Act Revenue Replacement Funds (Fund 74)\nJune 4, 2024 - Page 5\nfrom CIP Project 44589 Residential Street Program to CIP Project 44075\nHermosa Area Street Rehabilitation within the Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74)\n· $1,250,000 Infrastructure Funds (Fund 74) from CIP Project 44589 Residential\nStreet Program to CIP Project 44075 Hermosa Area Street Rehabilitation within\nthe Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74)\n· $320,000 Gas Tax Funds (Fund 74) from CIP Project 44589 Residential Street\nProgram to CIP Project 44075 Hermosa Area Street Rehabilitation within the\nCapital Projects Fund (Fund 74)\n· $457,000 Sewer Enterprise Fund (Fund 47) from CIP Project 51419 Annual Sewer\nReplacement Program to CIP Project 44075 Hermosa Area Street Rehabilitation\nwithin the Sewer Enterprise Fund (Fund 47).\n3. Award $2,878,222 construction contract to All American Asphalt for Hermosa Area\nStreet Rehabilitation Project and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and\nadminister the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
