Approve the First Amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement\n(Attachment A) for the real property located at 8420 Atlantic Avenue,\nCudahy, California (Assessor Parcel Numbers: 6224-034-014; 6224-\n034-032; 6224-034-040; and 6224-034-041) (“Property”), and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute all related documents; and\n2. Determine that the Project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nSection 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption).
