Introduction and adoption by first reading of Ordinance No. 749 repealing Ordinance No. 680,\nterminating Development Agreement No. 18-020C, between the City of Cudahy and Daniel and\nGoliath, LLC. (page 2891)\nPresented by the Community Development Director\nRecommendation: City staff recommends that the City Council take the following action(s):\n1. Open public hearing and receive comments and testimony; and\n2. Make a determination that Daniel and Goliath, LLC (“Operator”) is\nnot in compliance with the terms and conditions of Development\nAgreement (“DA”) No. 18-020C with the City and find that the\nOperator is in default of contractual obligations set forth in the DA;\nand\n3. Introduce and adopt by first reading t Ordinance No. 749 (Attachment\nA) repealing Ordinance No. 680 terminating DA No. 18-020C,\nbetween the City of Cudahy and Daniel and Goliath, LLC; and\n4. Determine that these actions are exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nSection 15321 (Enforcement Actions by Regulatory Agencies).
