Item 332: Fiscal Year 2025 Maintenance Assessment District Annual Reports for Economic\nDevelopment Department.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe proposed Fiscal Year 2025 revenues for EDD MADs under this action item totals\n$4,414,907. The proposed budget includes: $4,133,505 in Fiscal Year 2025 assessment\nrevenues, of which $139,096 are assessments on City-Owned parcels. The proposed\nFiscal Year 2025 budget also includes an estimated City contribution of $26,561 from the\nGas Tax Fund (Medians), $254,841 in General Benefit Offset.
