Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the attached agreement\nwith Pacific Play Systems, Inc. to purchase playground equipment for the\nCommunity Facilities & Infrastructure Phase II - Sheridan Park Playground,\nProject No. FC-2024-08.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order to Pacific\nPlay Systems, Inc. in the amount of $206,398 for the purchase of playground\nequipment for the Community Facilities & Infrastructure Phase II - Sheridan Park\nPlayground Project.\nc. Make a determination under Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.140(C) that\ncompetitive bidding has been satisfied based on the reasons provided in this\nreport's "Basis for Determination of Competitive Bidding" section.
