This action includes the creation\nof a new interest-bearing account, the EV Charging Program Fund, to which all revenues\nreceived under this contract will be allocated. The Contract also includes provisions for\nthe purchase of the electrical infrastructure at a depreciated rate installed during the term\nof the contract, subject to appropriation by the Council at that time.
