FOR\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT SERVICES\nRequested Action: That the City Council approve the second amendment to the\namended and restated agreement between the City of Jurupa Valley and GRC\nAssociates, Inc. for Community Development Block Grant Services and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the second amendment in substantially the form and\nformat attached and as approved by the City Attorney.
