N. AWARD OF PUBLIC SERVICE GRANT APPLICATIONS WITH\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and Path of Life Ministries for Homelessness\nServices for an amount not to exceed $127,000 and authorize the City\nManager to execute the Agreement in substantially the form and format\nattached to the staff report as approved by the City Attorney.\n2. That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Family Service Association for the Senior Nutrition Program for\nan amount not to exceed $20,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Agreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff\nreport as approved by the City Attorney.\n3. That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Jurupa Football and Cheer for the Jurupa Steelers Program for\nan amount not to exceed $5,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Agreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff\nreport as approved by the City Attorney.\n4. That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Girls on the Run Riverside County improving the lives of girls\nin Jurupa Valley through the Girls on the Run Program for an amount not\nto exceed $5,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement\nin substantially the form and format attached to the staff report as approved\nby the City Attorney.
