FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE\nAFFORDABLE HOMEOWNER REHABILITATION GRANTS\nPROGRAM FOR THE 2024-25 FISCAL YEAR\nRequested Action: That the City Council Approve the Second Amendment to the\nRestated Agreement for Consultant Services between the City of Jurupa Valley and\nGRC Associates, Inc. for Administration of the Affordable Homeowner\nRehabilitation Grants Program and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nSecond Amendment to the Restated Agreement in substantially the form and format\nattached to the staff report as approved by the City Attorney.
