Cooperative Funding Agreement between the City of Norco and the\nRiverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District for the North\nDrive & Grulla Storm Drain Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the Cooperative Funding Agreement between the City of Norco\nand Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District\n(RCFC&WCD) to design and construct the North Drive & Grulla Storm\nDrain Project, subject to non-substantive changes and approval by the\nRiverside County Board of Supervisors; and authorize the Mayor to\nexecute the agreement.
