2.G. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nEMERGENCY-1 RESPONSE, INC. FOR MEDICAL CARE CENTER\nSERVICES [D. RIVAS, A. SHANDI]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Agreement for Services with Emergency-1 Response, Inc. for medical\ncare center services during the 2024 West Hollywood Pride Celebration.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Emergency-1 Response, Inc. to increase the “not-to-\nexceed” amount of $130,000 by an additional $101,000 for a total of\n$231,000 for medical care center services during the 2024 West\nHollywood Pride Celebration; 2) Extend the Agreement for Services for an\nadditional six months through June 30, 2024; and 3) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute all documents incident to this agreement.
