6.A. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH TENNACITY, LLC. FOR\nPICKLEBALL AND TENNIS CONCESSION OPERATIONS AND\nSERVICES [Y. QUARKER, S. MARTINEZ, M. GASCA, D. ALHADDAD]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an Agreement for\nServices with Tennacity, LLC. for the Pickleball and Tennis Concession\nOperations and Services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Accept the proposal for the Pickleball and\nTennis Concession Operations and Services provided by Tennacity, LLC.\ndated March 14, 2024, and approve a three (3) year Agreement with an\noption for two (2) one-year extensions; and 2) Authorize the City Manager\nor designee to execute all documents incident to the Agreement.
