PURIFICACION]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider\nadopting a resolution confirming the annual report submitted by the\nAdvisory Board of the Sunset Strip Business Improvement District and\nlevying the assessment for fiscal year 2024-2025.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council hold the\npublic hearing, consider all pertinent testimony, and if no majority protest\nis received, adopt Resolution No. 24-___ “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD CONFIRMING THE\nREPORT OF THE ADVISORY BOARD AND LEVYING AN\nASSESSMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 IN CONNECTION WITH\nTHE SUNSET STRIP BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.”
