PURIFICACION]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider\nadopting a resolution confirming the annual report submitted by the\nAdvisory Board of the West Hollywood Design District and levying the\nassessment for fiscal year 2024-2025.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council hold the\npublic hearing, consider all pertinent testimony, and if no majority protest\nis received, adopt Resolution No. 24-_______: “A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD CONFIRMING\nTHE REPORT OF THE ADVISORY BOARD TO THE WEST\nHOLLYWOOD DESIGN DISTRICT AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT\nFOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEST\nHOLLYWOOD DESIGN DISTRICT.”
