2.H. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nITERIS, INC. FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES [S.\nCAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR, R. GARLAND]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Iteris, Inc. for on-call engineering services to increase the\nnot-to-exceed amount and extend the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Iteris, Inc. to increase the amount of the agreement by\n$300,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $475,000 and extend the\nagreement to June 30, 2026; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to the Amendment.
