SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 939 AMENDING BELL\nGARDENS MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 5.25 “CARD CLUB LICENSE REGULATIONS”\nOF TITLE 5 “BUSINESS LICENSES, REGULATIONS AND TAXES” TO AMEND GROSS\nREVENUE LICENSE FEE FOR CARD CLUB LICENSE HOLDERS\nSecond reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 939, amending Title 5 (business licenses,\nregulations and taxes) of the Bell Gardens Municipal Code to modify the definition and the\ncalculations of the monthly gross revenue license fee for Card Club License Holders.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. 939\nby title only, amending Bell Gardens Municipal Code Chapter 5.25 “Card Club License\nRegulations” of Title 5 “Business Licenses, Regulations and Taxes” to amend the gross revenue\nlicense fee for card club license holders.
