CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A\nREIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEVELOPMENT\nAUTHORITY (LACDA) FOR THE CITY’S CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE\nPERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA) PROGRAM FOR YEAR 4 (2024)\nALLOCATION TO IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM DURING FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024-2025\nResolution approving and authorizing a reimbursement agreement with the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority (LACDA) for the City’s continued participation in the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Program. Funds will be\nutilized to continue the rent subsidy program for Bell Gardens residents.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution approving and\nauthorizing a reimbursement agreement with the Los Angeles County Development Authority\n(LACDA) for the City’s continued participation in the Los Angeles Urban County Permanent Local\nHousing Allocation (PLHA) Program for Year 4 (2024) to implement the program during Fiscal Year\n(FY) 2024-2025.
