18. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH ABM\nBUILDING SOLUTIONS, LLC FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF AN HVAC\nUNIT AT THE PUBLIC WORKS CORPORATION YARD\nConsideration of a Resolution approving an agreement with ABM Building Solutions, LLC, for the\npurchase and installation of an HVAC unit at the Public Works Corporation Yard.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council by motion:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution approving an agreement with ABM Building Solutions, LLC,\nfor the purchase and installation of a new rooftop HVAC unit a total amount not to exceed\n$17,913.72; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and approve change orders that may\nbe necessary during construction to cover any unforeseen condition in an amount not to\nexceed 10% of the agreement amount.
