Public hearing to consider the sale of portion of real property generally located at 777 West\nConvention Way in the City of Anaheim, California, specifically Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 88-\n251, which is proposed to be sold by the City of Anaheim to HHC HA TRS, Inc. (Car Park 2).\nRESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM approving a Real Estate Sale Agreement with HHC HA TRS, Inc.; authorizing\nthe Executive Director of Convention, Sports and Entertainment to execute and finalize such\nReal Estate Sale Agreement; authorizing the Executive Director of Convention, Sports and\nEntertainment to implement such Real Estate Sale Agreement; determining that the purchase\nand sale of the property is exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)\n(3); and making certain other findings in connection therewith.
