7. Approve an Agreement with five consultants, each in the not to exceed amount of $250,000 per\nWork Order Package with a total not to exceed contract amount of $1,000,000 per contract\nyear per consultant company plus a 15% contingency for as needed extra services, for as-\nneeded right of way acquisition services to support the Design Services Section of the\nDepartment of Public Works, each for a three year term with two, one-year optional renewals;\nauthorize the Director of Public Works to execute each agreement and to take the necessary\nactions to implement and administer the agreements; and authorize de minimis changes that\ndo not substantially change the terms and conditions of the agreements, so long as such\nchanges are determined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s Office (Overland, Pacific &\nCutler, LLC; Monument ROW; Paragon Partners Consultants, Inc.; Epic Land Solutions, Inc.;\nand Security Land & Right of Way Services, Inc.).\nhttps://local.anaheim.net/docs_agend/questys_pub/42023/Agenda.html 4/8\n6/7/24, 2:53 PM local.anaheim.net/docs_agend/questys_pub/42023/Agenda.html
