RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PROJECTS TO SUBMIT TO THE CALIFORNIA\nTRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (CTC) FOR FUNDING UNDER THE ROAD\nMAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION ACCOUNT (RMRA)\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution designating projects to\nsubmit to the California Transportation Commission for funding under the\nRoad Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account and incorporating the\ndesignated projects into the FY 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Capital Improvement\nProgram budget; and 2) Approve a budget amendment in the amount of\n$2,156,540 appropriating funds for the designated projects.
