APPROVAL OF THE 2024-2025 MEASURE M2 SEVEN-YEAR CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION CONCERNING\nTHE STATUS AND UPDATE OF THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE\nMEASURE M (M2) PROGRAM\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the Measure M2 Seven-Year Capital\nImprovement Program (CIP); 2) Adopt a resolution concerning the status and\nupdate of the pavement management plan for the Measure M (M2) Program;\n3) Authorize the City Clerk to certify the resolution adoption; and 4)\nAuthorize staff to submit the necessary documentation to the Orange\nCounty Transportation Authority (OCTA).
