Adopt Resolution No. 24-06 of the City Council of the City of Duarte Approving a Five-Year\nMunicipal Law Enforcement Services Agreement (MLESA) with the County of Los Angeles for\nPublic Services Provided by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and Authorizing the City\nManager to Procure Services of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Up to an Amount\nAuthorized in the City's Operating Budget for the Period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-06 approving the 5-Year Agreement with the County of Los Angeles for the\nperiod of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029, and Authorize the Mayor to execute the 5-Year\nAgreement on behalf of the City.
