CC 4. Final Map Approval – Parcel Map No. 84233 (Located at the Northeast Corner of 30th Street\nWest Lancaster Boulevard)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the map and accept the dedications as offered on Parcel Map No. 84233 located at\nthe northeast corner of 30th Street West and Lancaster Boulevard; make findings that this\nproject will not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1 and 66474.6 of the\nSubdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the\ncertificate which embodies the approval of said map and the dedications shown thereon.\nOn December 12, 2023, the City of Lancaster Planning Commission approved Tentative\nTract Map No. 84233 for the subdivision of approximately 20 gross acres into two lots in the\nCommercial Planned Development (CPD) zone.
