K. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24B101 WITH TIMBERLINE GSE\nINC. TO PURCHASE FOUR SWITCHBACK PASSENGER BOARDING RAMPS FOR\nTHE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement 24B101 with Timberline GSE Inc. to provide\nfour switchback passenger boarding ramps for the Palm Springs International Airport\nwith warranty and maintenance services in an amount not to exceed $284,105 for the\ninitial two-year term beginning June 17, 2024, through June 16, 2026.\n2.
