4. Appropriate funds from the City's General Fund to balance the FY 2024-25 maintenance\nbudget for Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 6 as applicable to the\noutcome of the proposed increases for Zone 4-1 and 4-2 or as determined by the City\nCouncil for the directed maintenance budget approved.\n2. Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 7; Public Hearing;\nResolution Providing for the Annual Levy On April 15, 2024, the City Council adopted a\nResolution setting June 17, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. as the date and time for the public hearing for the\nsubject assessment district. There is a proposed increase to the assessment amount levied for\nthis Fiscal Year (FY) to address increased maintenance costs. The proposed assessment\namount of $693.26 per parcel is the maximum allowable assessment for the District.\nRecommendation: That City Council conduct a Public Hearing and adopt the attached\nResolution, providing for the annual levy for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.\n3. Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 8; Public Hearing;\nResolution Providing for the Annual Levy On April 15, 2024, the City Council adopted a\nresolution setting June 17, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. as the date and time for the public hearing for the\nsubject assessment district. There is no proposed increase in the assessment from last yearâs\nlevy. It is proposed to set the levy at the 1996-97 approved full yearâs assessment of $249.70\nper parcel.\nRecommendation: That City Council conduct a Public Hearing and adopt the attached\nResolution, providing for the annual levy for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.\n4. Maintenance District No. 84-1M, Esperanza Road Slopes; Public Hearing; Resolution\nProviding for the Annual Levy On May 20, 2024, the City Council adopted a Resolution setting\nJune 17, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. as the date and time for the public hearing for the subject\nassessment district. The Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 assessment is proposed to remain at the\nsame level since 1992. It is proposed that there will be no change in the levy from the previous\nthirty years ($8.00 per parcel).\nRecommendation: That City Council conduct a Public Hearing and adopt the attached\nResolution, providing for the annual levy for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.\nCONSENT CALENDAR\n(All items on the Consent Calendar are routine and will be enacted by one motion unless a member\nof the Council or member of the audience requests separate discussion.)
