Authorize the City\nClerk's Office to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-\nRecorder County Clerk's Office for the FY 2023/24 Annual Striping Project; and 3.)\nAuthorize staff to release 5% retention in the amount of $1,919.80 for the FY 2023/24 Annual\nStriping Project.
