17. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION UPDATING THE COMPREHENSIVE\nFEE SCHEDULE The City’s Comprehensive User Fee Study, completed\nin May 2021, determined the cost of providing governmental services and\nensured that user fees and charges did not exceed the costs of providing\nthese services at that time. Staff has\ncompleted this annual review and compiled an updated user fee schedule\n(Attachment 1).
