Teleconference Meetings After Termination of California Emergency Declaration (page 873)\nPresented by the City Attorney\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to direct staff to continue teleconference\nmeeting accommodations for public participation following recission of\nthe statewide declaration of emergency resulting from the spread of\nCOVID-19 set to expire on February 28, 2023, and establish a policy that\nonly the first two members of the Council, commission, or standing\ncommittee, to notify the City Manager or City Clerk of a teleconference\nparticipation request, will be granted teleconference meeting privileges\nunder AB 2449.
