Award a professional services agreement to Global Reach Strategies\n(GRS) for cannabis consulting services and;\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-06 to augment the Fiscal Year 22-23 City\nBudget, appropriating an additional $75,000.00 for Cannabis\nConsulting Services.
