Finance — Approve Policy Renewal for Automobile Physical Damage Insurance\nCoverage and Authorize the Finance Director to Execute the Policy.\nExpenditure: Not-to-Exceed $400,000 (Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Finance Director that City Council:\n1) Approve the policy renewal for automobile physical damage insurance coverage with\nThe Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. through Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. of Irvine,\nCA for an amount not-to-exceed $400,000 plus taxes and fees for a one-year period\nbeginning July 1, 2024 and ending July 1, 2025; and\n2) Authorize the Finance Director or designee to execute the policy.
