City Manager — Approve Side Letter Agreements Between Torrance Police\nOfficers Association (TPOA) and Management and Torrance Police\nCommanders Association (TPCA) and Management, and Torrance Professional\nand Supervisory Association and Management. Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Approve a side letter agreement between the Torrance Police Officers Association\n(TPOA) and Management amending language pertaining to longevity steps and pay\nranges; and\n2) Approve a side letter agreement between the Torrance Police Commanders\nAssociation (TPCA) and Management updating language pertaining to merit pay; and\n3) Approve a side letter agreement between the Torrance Professional and Supervisory\nAssociation (TPSA) and Management modifying the pay range for the Transit Training\nCoordinator classification.\n9.
