Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed\n$683,925.34 (Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Finance Director that City Council:\n1) Approve the policy renewal for property insurance coverage with the Alliant Property\nInsurance Program (APIP) through Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. of Irvine, CA for an\namount not-to-exceed $683,925.34 plus taxes and fees for a one-year period\nbeginning July 1, 2024 and ending July 1, 2025; and\n2) Authorize the Finance Director or designee to execute the insurance policy.
