Expenditure: $40,000\n(General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Community Development Director that City Council approve a\nthird amendment to the consulting services agreement with Degenkolb Engineers of\nLos Angeles, CA (C2021-019) in the amount of $40,000, for a new not-to-exceed amount\nof $464,770, to provide implementation services for a seismic retrofit ordinance, and to\nextend the contract term for an additional one-year period beginning July 1, 2024 and\nending June 30, 2025.
