Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed\n$3,957,200 (Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Finance Director that City Council:\n1) Approve the policy renewal for excess liability insurance coverage with Public Risk\nInnovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) through Alliant Insurance Services,\nInc. of Irvine, CA for an amount not-to-exceed $3,957,200 for a one-year period\nbeginning July 1, 2024 and ending July 1, 2025; and\n2) Authorize the Finance Director or designee to execute the insurance policy.
